Eric Holley

Partner

Eric Holley is a Partner at Grey Rock Investment Partners, and he is a member of the Valuation Committee across all funds in Grey Rock’s portfolio.  Mr. Holley is responsible for overseeing investment performance for investments made in the energy transition fund, as well as portfolio company strategy and engagement, and initiatives that align with the energy transition fund’s long-term sustainability and decarbonization objectives.  Previously, Mr. Holley led Grey Rock’s accounting and financial reporting functions.

Before joining Grey Rock, Mr. Holley was the founding member of Silverthorn Accounting Services, where he provided audit preparation and operating consulting services to energy fund managers and small business owners. Mr. Holley began his career as a financial statement auditor at Rothstein Kass (now KPMG) with a focus on audits of energy-related private equity funds and service companies.

Mr. Holley has a B.S. in Biochemistry from the University of Texas at Austin and an M.S. in Accounting from the University of Texas at Dallas. He is a Certified Public Accountant.
